a blog created by our very own food stylist Carrie Purcell and her photographer husband, Andrew Purcell – I wanted to shut down my computer, head to the market and go home to get cooking.  The thought of warm creamy polenta was certainly enticing enough, but add tender braised short ribs? Done deal!
