Riley Dail
Riley is a daily inspiration here at Big Leo. On September 30th, 2010 he suffered what is known as a fibrocartilaginous embolism or FCE. The condition paralyzed his hind legs causing immobility and loss of bladder function. Since that day, he’s been undergoing rigorous physical therapy to regain normal function of his lower body. He’s not a lion or anything, but he is the mightiest gimp that ever lived and cute to boot!
Riley will once again be an extraordinary tail-chaser, but he’s still not ashamed to be the mushiest lapdog in town.
Cool Pit Bull that he is, Riley has his own links at urban hound, at petpop where he is a member, as well as two organizations that he supports: Help Orphan Puppies and Out of the Pits the place from where he was adopted. Check them out – and help dispel the myths about his breed!
