Originally from Utah, Nicole graduated from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA, but never gained the Freshman fifteen… so she took an intermission from her studies to study food at The French Culinary Institute in New York City where she was hit with those elusive 15 lbs. like a speeding truck. Back to her orginial shape (thanks to Pilates certification), Nicole founded a learning company where she teaches photography classes online as well as in-person retreats internationally. She’s authored Photo 101: The Book that has sold over 1500 copies just through her loyal blog readers from A Little Sussy. Nicole loves In-N-Out burgers “animal-style” with extra pickles, appreciates good design and is borderline obsessed with grapefruit. And, while Nicole and her husband Adam welcomed their first baby girl, Evie, in November, Big Leo welcomes this strong and stylish Aries to their family!
