Molly was born on the cusp of Libra and Scorpio, and enjoys the special privilege of reading both horoscopes and choosing the one she likes best. Which is basically how she feels about prop styling: Lucky to have a job that lets her roam around and choose the best objects to make an evocative picture. She started her career accidentally, as a prop master and set dresser in the movies, and still tends to treat objects as characters in a story. Her shift to stills led her to a style editor post at Martha Stewart Living before her need to keep roaming led her back to the freelance life. Molly recently renovated a place in Brooklyn, where she now has a big garden and is seriously thinking about raising chickens.
