Susan Ottaviano
Susan Ottaviano is a New York based food stylist and recipe developer whose work currently can be seen in magazines such as: Bon Appétit, The New York Times Magazine, Oprah Magazine, Everyday with Rachael Ray to name a noted few. She has styled food for Advertising clients such as, Grey Goose, Macy's, Pepsi, Barilla, Target, Lay's and has worked on cookbooks for Chronicle Books and Random House. She has developed recipes for Meredith Publishing, Nutella, Splenda and BabyBel and many more.
Susan is known for her creative and painterly approach to food styling. Her work is modern, fresh and feels effortlessly composed. Susan holds a BFA in Painting and Illustration from The Philadelphia College of Art and she also attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and ICE in NYC.
She is the lead singer of the band Book of Love and has recorded 5 albums for Sire/Warner Bros Records! Wow, Leo ... hear her roar!
