Happy as a Clam(bake).

We definitely dig this! In the new issue of Every Day With Rachael Ray (on newsstands now!), we're given the ultimate step by step guide to the summer beach clambake. Los Angeles chef Ben Ford is known for creating legendary meals, and this clambake is no different. In this fun feature, we get a behind the scenes look into Ben's world. Though it seems like a lot a work--uh, can you say a lot of digging??-- Ben assures us that it's a lot simpler than it looks. I guess we'll have to plan our own clambake and find out!

The festive shoot was styled by master stylist Scott Horne. Once again Scott knocks it out of the park, using his incredible expertise to put together a truly special story. YUM!
