Whip + Click on Instagram

Did you know that our lovely photographer, Evi Abeler runs an amazing food blog called Whip + Click? Whip + Click is pastry chef Albane Sharrard (whip) and food photographer Evi Abeler (click). Albane and Evi have been friends since college, and conveniently also life in the same building in hopping Harlem! They combined their pastry and photo skills and founded Whip + Click to bring you seasonal treats from their kitchens. Each month they pick one ingredient and focus their recipes around it! This month it’s jams. They featured a rum cocktail with plum jam, strawberry jam straws, a roast chicken with plum jam rub and this onion jam, styled by guest food stylist Mariana Velasquez, and prop styled by Alex Brannian.
