Recently, food and still life photographer Antonis Achilleos collaborated with prop stylist Ed Gallagher to photograph The New York Times' National Food Editor�Sam Sifton�for�their newly launched�Cooking app. SAM SIFTON�is also the�newspaper�s former restaurant critic, and a food columnist for the Sunday�Times Magazine.
