Build a Better Lunch

In the September issue of Family Fun, Big Leo prop stylist Molly FitzSimons helps parents shake up the average school lunch. Now, it's been a long time since I was in school, when lunches consisted of simple peanut butter & jelly sandwiches or good ol' Lunchables. These days, it's important for parents to be more creative and healthy with lunch, to make sure their kids are getting the healthy fuel they need to learn.
