Make Over Your Motivation

In this month's issue of Fitness Magazine, we're asked to think about running and motivation. Sometimes, it's hard enough to get sneakers on and get out the door. But once you are out there, what's the best way to keep going? Should we be racing others or racing ourselves? Well, according to the gurus at Fitness, if you're just starting out, try to top yourself. Set personal goals and strive to surpass them. If you've been running for awhile, a little friendly competition is doesn't hurt!
