It was a really fun interview with, the oh so very handsome, Santiago Tarditi. The interview took place at the monocle's nyc office in soho and felt very casual and relaxed.  It is rare to get to talk about my career outside of the context of set and I was very inspired by his questions about research and Latin American cuisine!
