Haagen Dazs

Mariana Velasquez styled these exquisite ice cream sculptures for Haagen Dazs, shot by Lisa Shin.  They're all the more impressive considering the extreme difficulty of working with ice cream.  There is very little room for error and all the shots have to be done quickly and with great precision.  The secret?  You can never have too much dry ice.  Ok, ok, everyone knows that.  The real secret is this: it requires a master technician like Mariana to make it look perfect!  Beyond that - we're not telling!
