Spring Cakes

Sweet Paul continues to create magic and his spring issue is no exception.  Hector Sanchez shot this gorgeous story on cakes - simple recipes to ring in the season when we can finally open the windows and let in cool breeze.  His recipes are just as refreshing - using dried figs in an amaretto cake, and mixing lemon and coconut for a zesty new take on an old classic.  Be sure to read the rest of the story in the new issue of Sweet Paul Mag!
