Cynthia Groseclose styled this wonderful cover for Organic Gardening along with the accompanying story on ch�vre, the miracle cheese. �All shot by southern gentleman Peter Frank Edwards. �It is a little funny that they didn't call it 'goat cheese' considering the cover's subtitle is 'an all american cheese.' �I guess the French spelling makes it a little more alluring. �Not really necessary since the pictures are just so mouthwatering. �Something about the color and texture of�ch�vre, c'est vraiment�tr�s d�licieux. Wait, what?
