Heather Meldrom is a food stylist and recipe developer based in New York City. As a former Senior Food Editor at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Heather spent almost six years developing, testing, and styling recipes for Everyday Food magazine, Martha Stewart Living magazine, and books such as Martha Stewart’s Cooking School (Clarkson Potter). During her time at Martha Stewart, she had the opportunity to style food for in-studio and on-location shoots while collaborating with some of the most talented food photographers in the business.
Heather also has over a decade of restaurant experience. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America with High Honors, she worked for Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak restaurant in New York City. An avid traveler, she has had the good fortune to eat and learn about food around the world, from shopping at the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo to deep-sea fishing for Mahi-mahi in Hawaii. Still, she'll always return to her home state, Texas, for the world's best flour tortillas and bean and cheese tacos.
